Sleep affects a lot a lot of aspects of your health. Mental aspects, like memory, creativity, irritability. Physical ailments like heart attacks, diabetes and cancer. Everyone has a different natural sleep cycle. Go to bed and wake up when you naturally would. Fall asleep faster with cool temperatures, dark rooms, no caffeine after noon, exposure to blue light during the day but not at night. You probably need more sleep than you think. You’ll be more effective if you get it.
It’s got some dubious claims mixed in with the good stuff based on thin data, but I would recommend this to most people.
