Lots of depressing/important information. However, I can’t help but feel she is twisting facts to fit a narrative. She constantly draws parallels between shock treatment / torture and disaster capitalism. I get that both are terrible, I don’t think they are as related as she makes them out to be. I learned a lot about profiteering in the Iraq War and Hurricane Katrina. I had never heard about the coup in Chile before, so I wasn’t as interested in that section.
